# About Veeam App for ServiceNow

Veeam App for ServiceNow is a ServiceNow application that allows you to manage your Veeam backup infrastructure using Veeam REST API and PowerShell commands. You can perform the following operations:

- Manage VM backup jobs on your Veeam Backup & Replication servers:
    - Create VM backup jobs from a template
    - Create VM backup jobs through the ServiceNow Service Catalog
    - View, update and delete VM backup jobs
    - Start and stop VM backup jobs
    - Perform data recovery

- Manage unstructured data on your Veeam Backup & Replication servers:
    - Create file backup jobs from a template
    - Create file backup jobs through the ServiceNow Service Catalog
    - View, update and delete file backup jobs
    - Start and stop file backup jobs
    - Perform data recovery

- View backup objects collected from your Veeam Backup & Replication servers including virtual machines, backups, restore points, and so on
