# Managing Unstructured Data Jobs

Veeam App for ServiceNow supports file backup jobs to manage unstructured data backups. You can perform the following operations:

- [Create file backup jobs](sn_file_backup_job_create.md).
- [Run file backup jobs](sn_file_backup_job_run.md).

Any changes you make in the app are synced with your Veeam Backup & Replication server and displayed in the Veeam Backup & Replication console.
