    Detailed Description

    This cmdlet creates a snapshot of the selected NetApp volume.

    Example

    This command creates a snapshot of the "Vol 01" volume. The snapshot is named "vol_SS_01".

    1. Run Get-NetAppHost to get the host where the volume is located. Save the result to the $apphost variable.
    2. Run Get-NetAppVolume with the $apphost variable to get the volume. Pipe it down to Add-NetAppSnapshot.

    PS C:\PS> $apphost = Get-NetAppHost -Name "NetApp Store"

    PS C:\PS> Get-NetAppVolume -Host $apphost -Name "Vol 01" | Add-NetAppSnapshot -Name "vol_SS_01"
