This cmdlet permanently removes a selected NetApp storage snapshot from your virtual infrastructure.

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Required	Position	Accept Pipeline Input	Accept Wildcard Characters
Snapshot	Specifies the array of snapshots. The cmdlet will remove these snapshots.	True	Named	True (by Value FromPipeline, ValueFromPipeline ByPropertyName)	False

Example

This command removes the snapshot with name "vol1_SS_1".

The snapshot object is obtained with Get-NetAppSnapshot and piped down.

PS C:\PS> Get-NetAppSnapshot -Name "vol1_SS_1" | Remove-NetAppSnapshot
