# Data Restore

Veeam Agent for IBM AIX offers two data restore scenarios:

- You can perform bare metal recovery to restore the entire system. To learn more, see [Bare Metal Recovery](restore_bare_metal.md).
- You can perform file-level restore to recover individual files and directories. To learn more, see [File-Level Restore](restore_file.md).
