RPM Packages

During the installation process, the following packages are downloaded from the Veeam software repository and installed in an RPM-based Linux distribution.

In a 32-bit Linux OS:

  • veeamsnap-<version>-1.noarch.rpm (for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server — veeamsnap-<version>-1.sles.noarch.rpm)
  • [For Red Hat Linux derivatives] veeam-<version>-1.el6.i386.rpm or veeam-<version>.el7.i386.rpm
  • [For Fedora Linux derivatives] veeam-<version>-1.fc23.i386.rpm or veeam-<version>.fc24.i386.rpm
  • [For SUSE Linux Enterprise Server derivatives] veeam-<version>-1.sles11.i386.rpm or veeam-<version>-1.sles12.i386.rpm
  • [For openSUSE Linux derivatives] veeam-<version>-1.suse.i386.rpm

In a 64-bit Linux OS:

  • veeamsnap-<version>.noarch.rpm (for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server — veeamsnap-<version>-1.sles.noarch.rpm)
  • [For Red Hat Linux derivatives] veeam-<version>-1.el6.x86_64.rpm or veeam-<version>.el7.x86_64.rpm
  • [For Fedora Linux derivatives] veeam-<version>-1.fc23.x86_64.rpm or veeam-<version>.fc24.x86_64.rpm
