Failover Plans

A failover plan helps you perform failover for dependent VMs one by one. In the failover plan, you define the order in which VMs must be processed and an interval of time for which Veeam Backup & Replication must wait before starting the failover operation for the next VM in the list. For more information on the failover plan, see Failover Plan.

You can add a VM to an existing failover plan or to a new plan as described in Creating Failover Plans. For more information on how to manage failover plans, see Running Failover Plans and Undoing Failover by Failover Plans.
