# Installing Veeam MP for Hyper-V

To deploy the Veeam MP for Hyper-V, follow these steps:

1. [Deploy OpsMgr agents to Hyper-V hosts](deploy_ops_mgr_agents.md).
2. [Configure OpsMgr agents to allow proxying](configure_ops_mgr_agent_proxying.md).
3. [Import Veeam Management Packs](imports_mps.md).
4. [Install the VE Service and web UI on a Management Server](install_veeam_mp.md).

Veeam web UI can be installed on a different (non-Management Server) machine.

## Before You Begin

Before you install Veeam MP for Hyper-V, do the following:

1. Make sure that your environment meets the prerequisite conditions described in the [System Requirements](https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/mp/vmware_guide/system_requirements.html?ver=13) section.
2. Download the Veeam MP for VMware product installation file `VES_13.1.0.334_[date].iso` from the [Veeam downloads page](https://www.veeam.com/downloads.html) and mount the installation image to the target machine using disk image emulation software.
