Specify CPU and memory usage thresholds.

To follow this example, enter *1000* in the **Max CPU Usage (MHz, use** ***0*** **to ignore this parameter)** and **Max Active Memory (MB, use** ***0*** **to ignore this parameter)** fields. Do not change other threshold values.
