## Summary

Virtual disk compliance status is unknown.

## Causes

Compliance of the virtual disk has not been verified yet or cannot be verified. This issue may occur when storage policy references datastore capabilities that are not supported by the datastore where the virtual machine resides.

## Resolution

Wait for compliance to be verified or perform manual verification, if necessary.
