## Summary

License inventory is not compliant. Licenses are overused.

## Causes

The number of hosts or licensed features has exceeded the limits of the license installed on vCenter Server.

## Resolution

Obtain a license for an appropriate number of hosts or required features and install it on vCenter Server.
