Screenshot is saved at \. ## Resolutions VM HA monitoring uses the tools heartbeat as an indication of guest health state. Try to disable VM health monitoring on the VM (go the cluster settings > VMware HA > VM Monitoring > configure VM appropriately in the Virtual Machine Settings). Alternatively, decrease the monitoring sensitivity of VMs so HA will only reset them if the tools heartbeat is lost for a longer period. Review VMware online documents such as [VMware vSphere Blog](https://blogs.vmware.com/vsphere/2014/03/vsphere-ha-vm-monitoring-back-basics.html) to resolve virtual machine issues. ## External Refer to the online [vSphere Availability Guide](https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/7.0/com.vmware.vsphere.avail.doc/GUID-63F459B7-8884-4818-8872-C9753B2E0215.html) for further guidance.
