# Step 1. Launch Connect vCenter Server Wizard

To launch the **Connect vCenter Server** wizard, do the following:

1. Log in to the web UI using an account that is a member of the *Veeam Virtualization Extensions Users* local group.
2. Navigate to **vSphere Monitoring** > **vSphere Hosts**.
3. Click **vSphere Connection** > **Add**.
