Upgrade to version 9.5 Update 4 is supported from Veeam ONE version 9.0 and 9.5 with all updates (builds № 9.0.0.2088, 9.5.0.3201, 9.5.0.3254 or 9.5.0.3801).
To upgrade to Veeam ONE 9.5 Update 4, follow these steps.
- Obtain the installation image file.
- Insert the disk or mount the image file.
- Launch the splash window.
- Accept the license agreement.
- Review components to upgrade.
- Provide a license file.
- Perform system configuration check.
- Specify the service account credentials.
- Choose a Microsoft SQL Server.
- Begin upgrade.
- Change default certificate.
- Specify guest OS credentials for Microsoft Hyper-V VMs.
- Apply available updates.
