# Requirements

Before you install Veeam App for ServiceNow, check the following requirements.

## Licensing

Veeam App for ServiceNow is provided free of charge. For Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam ONE, you must have a Veeam Data Platform Universal License — Advanced or Premium edition.

## Veeam Backup & Replication Version

Microsoft Hyper-V backup job management and unstructured data management through Veeam Backup & Replication REST API are supported starting from Veeam Backup & Replication 13.0.1 P2 (build 13.0.1.2067).

If you use earlier versions of Veeam Backup & Replication, you cannot manage Microsoft Hyper-V backup jobs. Unstructured data management is only possible through PowerShell commands.

## Dependencies

If you use a Windows-based server with Veeam Backup & Replication version earlier than 13.0.1 P2 (build 13.0.1.2067), do the following:

- Enable PowerShell Remoting to manage unstructured data backups.
- Activate the **ServiceNow IntegrationHub Professional Pack Installer** plug-in for your ServiceNow instance. For more information, see [this ServiceNow article](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-integrate-applications/page/administer/integrationhub/tasks/request-integrationhub.html).
