# Upgrading App

If you upgrade the app from the version 1, consider the following:

-   If you use Veeam Backup & Replication 13.0.1 P2 (build 13.0.1.2067) and later, the **ServiceNow IntegrationHub Professional Pack Installer** plug-in will be not required anymore after upgrade.

-   If you use Veeam Backup & Replication version earlier than 13.0.1 P2 (build 13.0.1.2067) and the app fails to create a credential alias for PowerShell, add the alias for the required credentials manually. To do this, perform the following steps:

     1. Create the alias record with the *Credential* type in the **Connection & Credential Aliases** table.
     2. Assign the alias to the required credentials.

   For ServiceNow Australia, Veeam App for ServiceNow supports only clean installation of the version 2.
