# Installing Veeam App for Palo Alto Networks XSOAR

To install Veeam App for Palo Alto Networks XSOAR, you can choose one of the following methods:

- If your Cortex XSOAR instance has internet access, you can install the content pack from Marketplace. For more information, see [Installing App from Marketplace](xsoar_install_marketplace.md).
- If your Cortex XSOAR instance does not have internet access, you can install the content pack manually from the installation package. For more information, see [Installing App from File](xsoar_install_file.md).
