You can delete chargeback reports that you no longer need.
To avoid miscalculating the cost of data transfer out traffic, do not delete a chargeback report that is followed by another chargeback report.
The cost of data transfer out traffic is calculated starting from the date when the previous chargeback report was generated. For example, you generate Chargeback Reports 1 for January, and Chargeback Report 2 for February. If you delete Chargeback Report 1, and then generate Chargeback Report 3 for March, data transfer out traffic for January will not be included in Chargeback Report 3, as Chargeback Report 3 takes into account traffic starting from the date when Chargeback Report 2 was generated (since February). As a result, the cost of data transfer out traffic for January will be leaved out of account.
To learn how consumed services are measured when a chargeback report is generated, see Measuring Amount of Consumed Services.
