Sending Chargeback Reports

You can manually send chargeback notifications with attached chargeback reports to Department Owners. You may need to send a chargeback notification manually if a Department Owner did not receive a scheduled chargeback notification for some reason, or if you want to send a manually generated chargeback report.

Before you send chargeback reports, make sure you completed prerequisites in Configuring Chargeback Reports and Notifications.

To send one or more chargeback reports manually:

  1. Log in to Veeam Availability Console as a Portal Administrator.

  1. In the menu on the left, under Reporting click Chargeback Reports.
  2. Select the necessary departments in the list.
  3. Click Send.
  4. Wait for Veeam Availability Console to display a message about the sending result, and close the message box.
