Creating Backup Policies

    To back up Microsoft Azure resources, Veeam Backup for Microsoft Azure uses backup policies. For more information, see Data Backup.

    To create a backup policy, do the following:

    1. Launch the Add Policy wizard.
    2. Specify a backup policy name.
    3. Select Azure Active Directory.
    4. Select regions.
    5. Specify resources.
    6. Select exclusions.
    7. Specify snapshot settings.
    8. Specify backup settings.
    9. Review cost estimations.
    10. Specify backup policy settings.
    11. Review summary information.
