Upgrading Appliances

Google Cloud Plug-in for Veeam Backup & Replication allows you to check whether new Veeam Backup for Google Cloud versions are available and to upgrade appliances managed by the backup server:

In the Veeam Backup & Replication console, open the Backup Infrastructure view.
Navigate to Managed Servers.
Select the necessary Veeam Backup for Google Cloud appliance and click Upgrade appliance on the ribbon.

Alternatively, right-click the appliance and select Upgrade.

Note

You can upgrade appliances only to the Veeam Backup for Google Cloud version that is compatible with the current version of Google Cloud Plug-in for Veeam Backup & Replication.
