Adding Organizations of Both Types in Hybrid Deployment

You can add organizations of both Microsoft Office 365 and on-premises Exchange types according to the following:

1. Specify connection settings for the Microsoft Office 365 organization as described in the Adding Microsoft Office 365 Organizations section.
2. Specify connection settings for the on-premises Exchange organization as described in the Adding On-Premises Exchange Organizations section.

Both Office 365 and on-premises Exchange organizations should belong to the same organization.
