To ensure a smooth license update and provide sufficient time to install a new license file, Veeam offers a grace period. The grace period is a period of time during which the product keeps working in a full-version mode after the license has expired, or the number of managed mailboxes exceeds the number covered by the license.
The information below refers to the case when your subscription license has expired, describing the behavior in grace and post-grace periods.
