`` This cmdlet supports Microsoft PowerShell common parameters. For more information on common parameters, see [ Microsoft Docs](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/microsoft.powershell.core/about/about_commonparameters?view=powershell-7). ## Output Object The cmdlet returns the `VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRItem` objects that contain settings of guest OS files and folders backed up by file backup jobs or object storage backup jobs. ## Examples ::: example ### Example 1. Getting Objects Within Restore Session This example shows how to get objects within the specified restore session. ``` $restorepoint = Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupRestorePoint $session = Start-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRSession -RestorePoint $restorepoint[3] Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRItem -Session $session ``` Perform the following steps: 1. Run the [`Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupRestorePoint`](get-vbrunstructuredbackuprestorepoint.md) cmdlet. Save the result to the `$restorepoint` variable. The `Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupRestorePoint` cmdlet will return an array of restore points. Mind the ordinal number of the necessary restore point, for arrays it starts with 0. In our example, it is the fourth restore point in the array. 2. Run the [`Start-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRSession`](start-vbrunstructuredbackupflrsession.md) cmdlet. Set the `$restorepoint` variable as the `RestorePoint` parameter value. Save the result to the `$session` variable. 3. Run the `Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRItem` cmdlet. Set the `$session` variable as the `Session` parameter value. ::: ::: example ### Example 2. Getting Objects by Name This example shows how to get the `Report001.txt` file within the specified restore session. ``` $restorepoint = Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupRestorePoint $session = Start-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRSession -RestorePoint $restorepoint[4] Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRItem -Session $session -Name "Report001.txt" ``` Perform the following steps: 1. In our example, it is the fifth restore point in the array. Specify the `Name` parameter value. ::: ::: example ### Example 3. Getting Objects from Specific Folder This example shows how to get all objects that are located in the the `October Reports` folder. ``` $restorepoint = Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupRestorePoint $session = Start-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRSession -RestorePoint $restorepoint[2] $folder =Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRItem -Session $session -Name "October Reports" Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRItem -Session $session -Folder $folder ``` Perform the following steps: 1. In our example, it is the third restore point in the array.
