# Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRItem

## Short Description
Returns backed-up objects created by file backup jobs or object storage backup jobs.

## Detailed Description
This cmdlet returns an array of backed-up objects created by file backup jobs or object storage backup jobs. These objects contain settings of guest OS files and folders backed up by file backup jobs or object storage backup jobs.

## Output Object
The cmdlet returns the `VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRItem` objects that contain settings of guest OS files and folders backed up by file backup jobs or object storage backup jobs.

### Example 1. Getting Objects Within Restore Session

This example shows how to get objects within the specified restore session.

$restorepoint = Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupRestorePoint
$session = Start-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRSession -RestorePoint $restorepoint[3]
Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRItem -Session $session
```

Perform the following steps:

1. Run the [`Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupRestorePoint`](get-vbrunstructuredbackuprestorepoint.md) cmdlet. Save the result to the `$restorepoint` variable.

   The `Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupRestorePoint` cmdlet will return an array of restore points. Mind the ordinal number of the necessary restore point, for arrays it starts with 0. In our example, it is the fourth restore point in the array.

2. Run the [`Start-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRSession`](start-vbrunstructuredbackupflrsession.md) cmdlet. Set the `$restorepoint` variable as the `RestorePoint` parameter value. Save the result to the `$session` variable.
3. Run the `Get-VBRUnstructuredBackupFLRItem` cmdlet. Set the `$session` variable as the `Session` parameter value.

This example shows how to get the `Report001.txt` file within the specified restore session.
