Specifying Migration Settings

The Veeam Migration for Microsoft 365 tool allows you to specify migration settings. Keep in my that you must specify these settings each time you launch the migration tool. The settings are reset once you exit the migration wizard.

To specify migration settings:

1. On the migration wizard welcome page, click the gear icon.
2. In the Options window, do the following:

1. Select the Migration Tool Logging check box to enable logging for the migration process. This option may be useful if you want to troubleshoot issues that may occur during migration. The migration tool will create log files in the %ProgramFiles%\Veeam Migration for Microsost 365\logs folder on the machine where the tool is installed.
2. Select the AzCopy Logging check box to enable logging for migration from a Microsoft Azure backup repository.
3. Select the Skip SSL Certificate Verification check box if you use a self-signed certificate in Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. The migration tool will not perform certificate verification.

3. Click Save.
