Managing Customers
The portal provides a workspace where you can manage your customers. You can add new customers, set their properties and connect Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 to their Microsoft 365 tenant. You can also prepare accounts for customers and invite them to finish the onboarding process themselves. The portal displays the customers that have not been onboarded yet as pending.
After you add a customer, you can review information about the customer, modify customer settings and manage licenses. The portal also allows you to export bulk data for further analysis and reporting.
