Step 3. Specify Account Contacts

At the Information step of the wizard, specify the following settings:

  1. In the Veeam Data Cloud Admin section, provide contact details, including a Microsoft 365 email address, of a person who will receive the initial invite to Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365. This user does not have to be a Microsoft 365 admin.

Select Include my account as a customer admin to add the account, you are currently logged in with, as an admin user to the customer. You can also add your add your account later. For details, see Adding Admin Users.

Click Add another Veeam Data Cloud admin to create multiple administrators in the customer account.

  1. In the Primary Contact Info section, provide the contact details of a person who will be the primary contact for sales and customer success department.

Select Same as first Veeam Data Cloud admin to use the Veeam Data Cloud admin contact as the primary contact.

  1. In the Primary Billing Info section, provide the contact details of a person who can receive information about payments and invoices in Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365.
