Editing Pending Customers
After you add a customer for self sign up, the portal displays this customer as pending. You can view details of a pending customer and modify customer settings. You can also sign the customer up and connect Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 to the Microsoft 365 organization. For details, see Signing Up Pending Customers.
To edit a customer, select Customers on the left, then click the name of a customer in the list. The following steps apply only to customers that are in the pending status.
- In the Company/Organisation section, specify the organization name, contact information and purchase order number. All fields are required except the Channel manager email field.
- In the Address section, specify the organization address. The Country field is required. Other fields may be required depending on the selected country.
- In the Primary Contact Info section, provide a contact to a person who will be the primary contact for the sales and customer success department.
- In the Primary Billing Info section, provide a contact to a person who can receive information about payments and invoices in Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365.
- In the VDC Subscriptions section, you can review which Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 plans the customer uses. For details, see the Plans section of the Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 User Guide.
- In the Settings section, specify following:
- Select Create / Delete policy to allow customer create and delete backup policies.
- Select Edit / Trigger policy to allow customer edit backup policies and start backups manually.
- Select Auto Create Backup Policies policy if you want to create backup policies automatically after the customer signs up.
- From the Default currency drop-down list, select the default currency for billing.
- From the Storage Region drop-down list, select a region where you want to store backed up data.
- In the Licence section, specify licenses that will be assigned to the customer.
To add a new license, click Add Licence. For details, see Adding License.
- In the Other Info section, you can review the email that was used to send an invitation and the invitation date.
To send the invitation again, click Re-send invite.
- In the Invoices section, you can view invoices that were issued to the customer.
