Signing Up Pending Customers

After you add a customer for self sign up, the portal displays this customer as pending. You can sign up a pending customer and connect Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 to a Microsoft 365 tenant of the customer.

To sign a pending customer up, use the Sign up pending Organisation wizard:

1. Launch the Sign up pending Organisation wizard.
2. Specify organization details.
3. Connect Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 to the Microsoft 365 tenant.
4. Review the License Model.
5. Finish working with the Sign up pending Organisation wizard.
