Getting Started for Resellers

To quickly get started with Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365, keep to the following sequence of steps:

1. Log in to the portal using your Microsoft 365 user account. For details, see Accessing Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365.
2. Add your customers. For details, see Adding Customers for Self Sign Up.
3. Invite pending customers to finish onboarding, or onboard the customers yourself. For details, see Signing Up Pending Customers.
4. Add Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 licenses to your customers. For details, see Adding License.
5. Create backup policies for your customers. For details, see Creating First Backup Policy.
6. Check backup logs to monitor or troubleshoot the backup activity. For details, see Viewing Backup Logs.
7. Add users and assign them roles to allow your company team to work with the portal. For details, see Managing Roles and Managing Users.
