Customizing Portal Appearance

You can customize the appearance of the portal to meet your branding requirements. The settings in this section also apply to the customer portal. This feature is available only for users with the Site Settings permission assigned. For details, see Managing Roles.

To adjust portal appearance, do the following:

Select Settings on the left.
Make sure that the General section is selected.
In the Display Settings section, you can adjust the following settings:

In the Logo field, upload an image that will appear on the Veeam Data Cloud login page and in the email with the invitation link for a customer. Click the Delete button to reset the logo to its default settings (Veeam).

The custom logo will be displayed on the login page only if a user accesses the portal using the URL in one of the following formats:

https://{{portal_url}}/?reseller={{reseller_name}}
https://{{portal_url}}/?by={{reseller_short_name}}

where {{reseller_name}} is the value of the Name field and {{reseller_short_name}} is the value of the Short name field. This URL format is also used in the invitation link.

In the Sidebar Logo field, upload an image that will appear on the top left of the portal page. Click the Delete button to reset the logo to its default settings (Veeam).
In the Sidebar Colour field, click the Edit button to specify the background color of the left sidebar. Click the Delete button to reset the color to its default settings (black).
In the Sidebar Font Colour field, click the Edit button to specify the color of the sidebar text. Click the Delete button to reset the color to its default settings (white).
In the Sidebar Header field, enter a text that will appear under the sidebar logo.

Click Save to apply the changes.
