The Job Status reports provide details on the status of backup, replication, and backup copy jobs. These reports reveal the result of the latest job sessions and show whether these sessions completed successfully, ended up with warnings or errors.
The Veeam Backup Add-on offers several variants of the Job Status report:
|▪||Backup Job Status report provides status details for backup jobs only|
|▪||Backup Copy Job Status report provides status details for backup copy jobs only|
|▪||Replication Job Status report provides status details for replication jobs only|
|▪||All Jobs Status report provides status details for backup, backup copy, and replication jobs |
The reports support the following data filters:
|▪||Time Range — you can limit the period for which the report will display job statistics.|
|▪||Machine ID/Machine Group (standard Kaseya filters) — you can limit the scope of protected VMs.|
To learn about Kaseya data filters, see http://help.kaseya.com/webhelp/EN/vsa/R8/index.asp#209.htm.
The report is based on the following report parts:
|▪||Latest Job Status diagram shows the completion status of the latest job sessions: the number of jobs that completed successfully, jobs that ended up with warnings, and failed jobs.|
|▪||Top 10 Jobs by Duration table includes 10 jobs with the greatest duration of the latest session. For each job, the table shows the session duration, the amount of data transferred to target, average job duration for the previous month, and the completion status of the latest session.|
|▪||Backup Jobs/Replication Jobs/Backup Copy Jobs tables shows lists of backup, replication, and backup copy jobs. For each job, the table provides details for the latest job session — session date and time, duration, the amount of data transferred to target, number of processed and failed VM tasks, session completion status.|
