Example 1

The following example shows how you can customize the Protected VMs dataview to show unprotected VMs for a selected client.

1.In the Control Center, expand Clients > Location.

2.Right-click the necessary client and select Dataviews > Veeam Backup > Protected VMs from the shortcut menu.

3.From the No Filter list, choose Protected, select the Like operator and type ‘Unprotected’ in the field below.

TIP:

Use the % wildcard to substitute for zero or more characters.

4.Click the No Filter button to change its status label to Filtered.

As a result, the dataview will display the list of unprotected VMs.

Example 2

The following example shows how you can customize the Protected VMs dataview to show VMs for which the latest job session ended with warnings.

1.In the Control Center, expand Clients > Location.

2.Right-click the necessary client and select Dataviews > Veeam > Protected VMs from the shortcut menu.

3.From the No Filter list, choose Last Status, select the Like operator and type ‘Warning’ in the field below.

TIP:

Use the % wildcard to substitute for zero or more characters.

4.Click the No Filter button to change its status label to Filtered.

As a result, the dataview will display the list of VMs for which the latest job session ended with the ‘Warning’ status.
