The Veeam Backup Infrastructure dashboard consolidates statistics for backup infrastructure components and data protection operations managed by a Veeam backup server. The dashboard is available for machines that run Veeam Backup & Replication or Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager.
To open the Veeam Backup Infrastructure dashboard:
▪[For LabTech 11] In the Control Center, expand Clients > Client > Location and double-click the necessary Veeam backup server. In the Computer Management window, click Plugins, and then click Veeam Infrastructure.
▪[For LabTech 10.5] In the Control Center, expand Clients > Client > Location and double-click the necessary Veeam backup server. In the Computer Management window, open the Veeam Infrastructure tab.
The dashboard includes the following widgets:
▪Backup Infrastructure Inventory
This widget shows the type and number of components deployed in the Veeam backup infrastructure. The widget also illustrates the connection state of backup infrastructure machines:
-Green — the machine is connected and available for data protection operations
-Yellow — Veeam backup software pieces (such as Installer, Transport and other) on the machine are out of date
-Red — connection is lost; the machine is unavailable for data protection operations
Connection status details help you quickly detect backup infrastructure machines that can cause interruption or failure of Veeam Backup & Replication tasks. To view connection status for all infrastructure components of a specific type, click the component name.
This widget displays the list of backup repositories. The widget details the name of the repository, server connection state, repository capacity, amount of available free space and amount of space occupied by Veeam backup files.
This widget reflects the result of the latest session for backup, replication, file to tape, backup to tape, backup copy, and SureBackup jobs. The widget shows how many jobs of each type completed successfully, ended up with errors and warnings.
▪Protected VMs Overview
This widget shows how many VMs are protected with backup and/or replication jobs for each client and location.
-Protected VMs value shows the total number of managed VMs that have a backup or replica restore point
-Backed Up/Replicated values show the number of managed VMs that have a backup or replica restore point
