The Veeam Endpoint Backup Jobs dashboard allows you to manage Veeam Endpoint Backup backup jobs and track results of the latest job sessions.
To view and manage Veeam Endpoint Backup jobs on remote endpoints:
1.In the LabTech Control Center, navigate to the Veeam Endpoint Backup Jobs section.
▪[For LabTech 11] Double-click a client or location, and open the Veeam Endpoint Backup Jobs tab.
You can also expand Clients > Client > Location and double-click the necessary computer. In the Computer Management window, click Plugins, and then click Veeam Endpoint Backup Jobs.
▪[For LabTech 10.5] Double-click a client, location or computer, and open the Veeam Endpoint Backup Jobs tab.
To narrow down the list of jobs, you can apply the following filters:
▪State — limit the list of jobs by the status of the latest job session — (Success, Warning, Failed, Running, Unknown — not yet configured jobs).
▪Source — limit the list of the jobs by backup type (Entire computer, Volume level backup, File level backup, All).
▪From/To — limit the list of jobs by the interval of the latest job session or show jobs for any period.
▪Computer — search jobs by name of the protected endpoint
Viewing Job Details
For every job in the list, the following details are available:
▪Computer name — name of the endpoint for which the job is configured.
To open the Computer Management window, click the computer name in the list.
▪Restore points — number of restore points available in backup.
To view detailed statistics on backup job sessions, click the number of restore points in the list of jobs. In the Veeam Endpoint Backup Restore Points window, select a backup session and click Session Details at the top.
▪Backup size — total size of all backup files in the backup chain.
▪Destination — type of location where backup files are stored.
▪Repository Free Space — amount of free space available in the location where backup files are stored.
▪Average Duration — average time it took to complete the job session (total job duration time for the previous month divided by the number of times the job ran).
▪Last Run — date and time when the job was started for the last time.
▪Next Run — date and time when the job will start next time according to the specified schedule.
▪Job State — status of the latest job session (Success, Warning, Failed, Running, Starting, Failed to start, Unknown — not yet configured jobs).
▪Configuration State — state of applying the backup job settings from the LabTech Control Center:
-Applied — settings applied to Veeam Endpoint Backup.
-Applying — settings are being propagated.
-N/A — settings were not configured in the LabTech Control Center.
-Warning — the settings were applied with a warning. Click the link to view warning details.
-Error — the settings were not applied to due an error. Click the link to view error details.
▪Last Modified State — date and time when backup job settings were modified for the last time in the LabTech Control Center.
Managing Backup Jobs and Configuring Veeam Endpoint Backup Settings
You can use the Veeam Endpoint Backup Jobs dashboard to start and stop backup jobs, configure job settings, change Veeam Endpoint Backup global settings.
