Sorting and grouping data in dataviews

Adding or removing columns in dataviews

Saving, renaming and deleting dataviews

Exporting dataviews to Excel

Example 1

The following example shows how you can customize the Protected Endpoints dataview to show endpoints whose latest backup failed or ended with a warning.

1.In the LabTech Control Center, expand Clients > Location.

2.Right-click the necessary client and select Dataviews > Veeam Endpoint > Protected Endpoints from the shortcut menu.

3.From the No Filter list, choose Job Status, select the Not Like operator and type ‘Success’ in the field below.

TIP:

Use the % wildcard to substitute for zero or more characters.

4.Click the No Filter button to change its status label to Filtered.

As a result, the dataview will display the list of endpoints for which the latest backup job session ended with the status other than 'Success'.

Example 2

The following example shows how you can customize the Discovered Endpoints dataview to show computers where Veeam Endpoint Backup runs in the Unmanaged mode.

1.In the LabTech Control Center, expand Clients > Location.

2.Right-click the necessary client and select Dataviews > Veeam Endpoint > Discovered Endpoints from the shortcut menu.

3.From the No Filter list, choose Managed Mode, select the Like operator and type ‘Unmanaged’ in the field below.

TIP:

Use the % wildcard to substitute for zero or more characters.

4.Click the No Filter button to change its status label to Filtered.

As a result, the dataview will display the list of computers where Veeam Endpoint Backup runs in the Unmanaged mode.
