Latest Endpoint Job Status

The Latest Endpoint Job Status report provides details on the latest status of backup jobs configured to protect endpoints. The report reveals the result of the latest backup sessions and shows whether these sessions completed successfully, ended up with warnings or errors.

Latest Backup Job State Report

Data Filters

You can apply the following data filters to limit the list of endpoints in the report scope:

Client — limit the list of endpoints by client.

Group — limit the list of endpoints by group in which the endpoints are included.

Computer Type — limit the list of endpoints by computer type.

Location — limit the list of endpoints by location.

Backup Type — limit the list of endpoints by backup job type (Entire Computer, Volume level backup, File level backup).

Date — limit the list of endpoints by interval when the latest backup session was performed.

Endpoint Name — limit the list of endpoints by endpoint name .

Duration — limit the list of endpoints by duration of the latest backup session. Use the following string format in this field: 1 h 1 m 1 s or 10 m 10 s.

Restore Point Size — limit the list of endpoints by the size of the created restore point in GB.

Backed Up Items — limit the list of endpoints by the name of backed up items (for example, System Reserved or C:\Files\Archives).

Last Status — limit the list of endpoints by status of the latest backup job session (Success, Warning, Failed, Unknown, Running).

Report Components

The report includes the following report components:

Endpoint Jobs diagram shows the status of the latest backup sessions: the number of sessions that completed successfully, sessions that ended up with warnings, failed and unknown (not performed) sessions.

Details table shows the list of latest backup sessions for managed endpoints.

For each endpoint, the table provides the following details: backup status, endpoint name, backup mode, backed up items, time when the latest backup session was started, duration of the latest backup session, and the size of the created restore point.
