If you no longer need a folder, you can delete it while still retaining its contents (reports and subfolders):
- Open the Workspace section.
- In the My reports hierarchy on the left, select the folder you want to delete.
- Click Delete folder at the top of the report list.
- If the folder you are trying to delete contains reports or subfolders, you may choose to move the folder contents to another folder. To do so, select the Move existing reports to selected folder check box, choose the new destination folder from the list and click OK. If you leave the check box cleared, the folder will be deleted along with its contents.
