Veeam Disable All VM Workflows Management Pack

The Veeam.Disable.All.VM.Workflows.xml creates a Veeam Unmonitored VMs group for VMs whose monitoring should be disabled. Then the management pack disables all virtual machine workflows including performance and event collection rules.
