Upgrade to version 9.5 is supported from Veeam ONE version 8.0 Update 2 and 9.0.
To upgrade to Veeam ONE 9.5, follow these steps.
- Obtain the installation image file.
- Insert the disk or mount the image file.
- Launch the splash window.
- Accept the license agreement.
- Review components to upgrade.
- Provide a license file.
- Perform system configuration check.
- Specify the service account credentials.
- Choose a Microsoft SQL Server.
- Choose the performance cache location.
- Choose the data collection mode.
- Begin upgrade.
- Change default certificate.
- Specify guest OS credentials for Microsoft Hyper-V VMs.
- Apply available updates.
