This section lists changes introduced in the Veeam Plug-in for Nutanix AHV public REST API 10 since version 9.

No resource collections or operations (endpoints) have been added or removed. All changes were introduced at the schema and query parameter level.

This section lists changes that may affect client code created using earlier versions of the REST API specification.

• The Workers_AddResponse schema has been replaced by the WorkerAddResult schema. The HTTP POST /workers operation now returns the WorkerAddResult object, which contains the id and testSessionId properties.

• The HTTP PUT /workers/{id}/configuration operation now returns the WorkerUpdateResult object (which contains the sessionId and testSessionId properties) instead of the AsyncTask object.

• The veeamRbacScope optional query parameter was added. It specifies the RBAC scope for the request (Inventory or Restore). If omitted, the scope defaults to Inventory.

• The WorkerAddResult and WorkerUpdateResult schemas were added to describe the results returned when a worker is added or updated.

• The CustomJobSourceDetails and CustomJobSourceObjectOperation schemas were added to describe a Custom job source that combines several sources of the Category type using the specified operation.

• The BackupWindow and BackupWindowDay schemas were added to define the days and hours during which a job is permitted to start.

• The JobSourceObject schema gained the customSourceDetails property.

• The PeriodicSchedule schema gained the startTimeWithinAnHour and backupWindow properties.

• The JobSourceObjectType schema (enum) gained the Custom value.

• The SessionState schema (enum) gained the Stopped value.

No new resource collections or operations were introduced in the Veeam Plug-in for Nutanix AHV REST API 10.
