You can configure audit notification settings.
Audit notifications are sent from the Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 server. The product sends audit notifications for each operation performed with the backed-up data by a specified user or user of a specified group. For example, the product sends a notification when a user performs the view, restore, send or other operation with a backed-up item.
