Summary

Not all IO-APICs are listed in the DMAR. Not enabling interrupt remapping on this platform.

Causes

The listing for IO-APICs on the platform is invalid.

Resolutions

You may need to contact your hardware vendor for resolution. Further information can be found in the VMware KB article Interrupt remapping is disabled on the platform due to a defect in the BIOS (2008934).
