Summary
License inventory is not compliant. Licenses are overused.
Causes
The number of hosts and/or licensed features has exceeded the limits of the license installed on vCenter Server.
Resolution
Obtain a license for an appropriate number of hosts and/or required features and install it on vCenter Server.
