Summary
This event records that the host's short name could not be resolved to an IP address.
Causes
Cannot resolve short name {shortName} to IP address on host {host.name}.
Resolutions
Review your DNS configurations:
- Check hosts files for <IP_ADDRESS> hostname.domain.com hostname
- Check /etc/resolv.conf for the correct value in DNS server or typos in the domain name and/or your DNS records.
