At the Instances step of the wizard, specify which EBS volumes will be excluded from restore:
- Select the EC2 instance whose EBS volumes you want to exclude and click Exclusions.
- In the Select Exclusions window, select check boxes next to the EBS volumes that you want to exclude from restore, and click Select.
