In the typical deployment scenario, all Veeam ONE components are installed on a single machine. For details on this scenario, see Typical Deployment.
To install Veeam ONE using the typical scenario, follow these steps.
- Obtain the installation image file.
- Insert the disk or mount the image file.
- Launch the splash window.
- Accept the license agreement.
- Choose the setup type.
- Perform system configuration check.
- Choose the installation directory.
- Specify the service account credentials.
- Choose a Microsoft SQL Server.
- Provide a license file.
- Specify connection ports.
- Choose the performance cache location.
- Choose the virtual infrastructure type.
- Add a virtual infrastructure server.
- Add a Veeam Backup & Replication server.
- Choose the data collection mode.
- Review the installation summary.
- Add Veeam ONE service account to the Veeam ONE Administrators group.
- Install additional instances of Veeam ONE Monitor Client.
