Step 3. Specify Azure Account Settings

At the Account step of the wizard, select credentials of the Microsoft Azure account in which your Veeam Backup for Microsoft Azure appliance is deployed. The user account must have permissions listed in the Required Permissions section.

If you have not added credentials beforehand, click the Manage accounts link or the Add button to add the necessary credentials. Then perform the initial configuration as described in steps 3–7 of the Adding Microsoft Azure Accounts section in the Veeam Backup & Replication User Guide.
