Scenario 1: Using Standalone Veeam Backup & Replication Server

This deployment scenario is recommended for most VAO deployments. In the scenario, a standalone Veeam Backup & Replication server is used to protect your production workloads.

The following diagram illustrates this scenario: a single VAO server is deployed, and additionally the VAO agent is installed on the Veeam Backup & Replication server.
