Upgrade to version 11a is supported starting from Veeam ONE version 9.5 Update 4 (builds # 9.5.4.4566, 9.5.4.4587, 10.0.0.750, 10.0.2.1094, 11.0.0.1379).
To upgrade to Veeam ONE 11a, follow these steps.
- Obtain the installation image file.
- Insert the disk or mount the image file.
- Launch the splash window.
- Accept the license agreement.
- Review components to upgrade.
- Perform system configuration check.
- Specify the service account credentials.
- Choose a Microsoft SQL Server.
- Provide a license file.
- Specify connection ports.
- Begin upgrade.
- Change default certificate.
- Specify guest OS credentials for Microsoft Hyper-V VMs.
- Apply available updates.
